Terms and Conditions:
Thank you for choosing Black Creek Customs! We are confident you will love our prints.
We guarantee we will NOT use your private information for any reason not pertaining to your print order.
Standard turn around is 14 days. (If artwork is not approved by the customer within 48 hours, turn around time will be extended) (Faster turn around times are possible but incur a 20% up-charge per 7 days.) Before your delivery date is set the following steps must be completed: Garment/printing style, color, and size count must be finalized and approved on the invoice.
Your invoice MUST be approved, deposit paid, and mock ups MUST be reviewed and approved by You the client, before production will begin.
Please read over the digital mock-up carefully, once you approve the mock-up, Black Creek Customs is not responsible for any issues with the final product. (Miss-spelled words, incorrect placement, incorrect sizing, etc...)
If you provide artwork or photos for printing, Black Creek Customs is not responsible for the quality of the print.
If we are installing vehicle graphics or a wrap, you are responsible for bringing your vehicle in cleaned and detailed. If we have to detail the vehicle to prep it for wrapping, you will be charged a $170 fee for detailing the vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS
(We do NOT guarantee color matching unless you can give us an exact pantone color code number. Example: If you request a print to be Red, but you want it to look Garnet, you MUST specify.) This is policy for Screen Printing and Large Format Printing of any kind.
(The on-screen mockups are not accurate to the actual ink/print color. Monitors differ based on brand and brightness therefore colors may vary from screen to screen. To prevent error, verbally specify over the phone or include in messages/emails specific details requarding colors.)
The size of the print shown on the digital mock-up may differ from actual print size. Standard print size is 10.75in wide x prop height for full prints, and 3.75in wide x prop height for left chest size prints.
Due Diligence for fit of the garments:
We do NOT accept the responsibility if garment sizes do not fit as expected. We do not manufacture the shirts. (Depending on the brand of shirt, sizes might run smaller or larger.) All of our vendors provide size charts on their websites. We recommend looking at the charts if you are unfamiliar with the product to avoid fitting/size errors.
REFUND:
IMPORTANT: We will refund, not re-print 12 or less shirts that have any of the following errors: misplaced orders regarding quantity, colors, or sizes, etc. Misprints regarding overall screen-printing errors such as: shirt burning, using the wrong color ink, etc. Manufacture errors such as: holes in product, badly stitched seams, etc.
If you a need a specific quantity of shirts, make sure to order extras of every style, color, size, etc. that you need. Again, we will NOT RE-PRINT 12 or less garments, but instead REFUND them.
